Guarantee & Returns
At Jurie Autos, we stand by the quality of our parts. All items are covered by a 30-day guarantee from the date of sale.
If a part you receive is faulty, we will send a replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
If you purchased the wrong part by mistake, you must notify us within 30 days. The item must be returned in the same condition as received, with our security markings intact. We will cover the return postage in such cases. Once we verify the part, a refund will be processed—typically within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
